- Flexible Spending Accounts
This account allows employees to set aside pre-tax wages to cover out-of-pocket medical expenses. Includes an option for a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account in which employees can set aside pre-tax money for the cost of child care for children up to age 13 and/or for adults who are not able to care for themselves.
- Life and AD&D
DDR provides employees with basic life insurance at no cost. Employees have the option of purchasing additional coverage for themselves and their dependents.
- Long Term Disability
DDR offers coverage to eligible employees for non-work related injuries or illness lasting more than 90 days.

Offered by Cigna; includes dental and vision coverage.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
We offer employees paid days away from work to use at their discretion.
